TAF City is designed to be a live, work, and play smart city by TAF Africa Global. The City would comprise over 5000 units of affordable homes of varying price ranges.
The Federal Republic of Sierra Leone is about to experience a quantum leap and unique change in its real estate landscape as TAF Africa Global commences the design, finance, development, building, sale, and management of an ultra-modern city dubbed TAF Salone Micro City which a well master-planned modern city comprising 5,000 housing units with features including water reticulation systems, energy efficient power system, modern recreational facilities, green areas, religious centres, community centres, and a safe functional environment for families and kids. The TAF Salone Micro City is being developed in partnership with the Government of Sierra Leone sequel to the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement between the Government of Sierra Leone and TAF Africa Global, and in recognition of TAF Africa Global’s capacity to deliver on its renewed vision to build one million homes in sub-regional Africa within 20 years.
TAF Salone Micro City would afford various strata of individual, both home and in the diaspora, a piece of luxury at an affordable price while the value of their investments in their homes continues to appreciate. Also, the execution of the project would further improve the economy of Sierra Leone as it is expected that over 8,000 direct and indirect jobs would be created across the entire value chain of the project. As expected, the value of real estate around TAF Salone Micro City would experience exponential appreciation as has always been the case everywhere TAF Africa Global executes a project including Nigeria and The Gambia.
